Panneer Poo also called as Pannir Poo is an Indian Plant. Its flowers are collected, dried well and available as raw material. It is being used by our people for various home remedies like bloog sugar regulation, digestion improvement and stress relief. 

It is called as Rishyagandha in Sanskrit, Paneer Phool in Hindi, Indian Rennet or Vegetable Renet in English, Panneru Gadda in Telugu. Its Botanical Name is Withania Coagulans.
