Pudhina is a small plant of Mint family which is known for its sweet taste and the aroma. Its varieties are Spear Mint, Pepper Mint. It is cultivated, collected, dried well and ground into very fine powder. It can be used to add aroma to the dishes like Biryani, Curry, and on Variety rices. It is having the same name Phudino in almost all the languages of India.
