Karuveppilai or Kariveppilai also called as Curry Leaf in English is a small tree grows upto 3 - 6 feet height. Kariveppilai leaves are regularly used in all Indian kitchens to give sweet aroma to the dishes. It is also having plenty of nutritional and medicinal values. Kariveppilai leaves are collected without their stems, cleaned, dried well and made available online as raw material.
It can be used as an ingredient to add aroma in our regular dishes like Sambar, Chutney, Rasam, and in other curries. As it is well dried, it can be preserved long time in an air tight container. It can also be used along with Idli Powder Ready Mix, Soup Powder Ready Mix, and in other masala varieties.
