Koraikilangu Roots are dried and ground into very fine powder. In ancient days, it was mostly used as a herbal medicine raw material to prepare and cure many diseases. But currently people use it as a herbal bath powder only. It can be used for the following.

1. Its kashayam can be used to treat vomiting, diarrhoea.

2. Can also be used to kill intestinal worms.

3. One can apply its paste in breast to boost breast milk.

4. Can be used as herbal bath powder to remove bad smell from our skin.
